Can someone please let me know how many days does it take to get the receipt number during an H1B transfer under premuim processing ?

There is absolutely no difference in the time frame to receive the original receipt notice in mail for premium or regular processing. It is usually about 2 weeks from the date of documents reaching USCIS. However, in case of premium, the attorney will receive the receipt notice via email and later you will get the original receipt notice by mail.
