H1B Petition Ref - No result till date

Hi All,
My wife's H1B was filed last year and USCIS had asked for one document. The employer has submitted the same on Jan 19' 2012 and it's been 3 months since then. There is no case update or follow up document request from USCIS.

The website says it will take them upto 60days to make a decision but in our case it's close to 90 days. Is there any way to know what's happening?

Ask the employer to take an info pass appointment with USCIS to discuss the progress of the case. The employer can also upgrade the case to premium and get the result within 15 days.
