H1 visa extension/I-140 approval

Hi guys:

My H1B is expiring this September 30th 2012. I have a prospective employer who is filing for my green card. We just got the prevailing wage several weeks ago, and are currently doing the advertisements. My nationality is Sri Lankan and I will be filed under EB2 since my priority dates are current. My questions are:

1. What are the usual processing times for labor approval? From what I gather through the grapevine, the PERM takes 2 months?

2. Am I eligible for premium processing of i-140?
