I am on STEM OPT and its expiring in June 2012.
I have no job from last 12+ months but I worked on initial 12 month OPT.
In STEM OPT, i took some IT training under Consulting Company also for 2-3 months.
Now, What should i do? Am i eligible to go for H4?
Do I need to get H4 from USA OR need to go back to India and get H4 from there?
Are there any risks for getting H4 as I am unemployed from last 1 year?
