F2 to H1

Hello,

I have some queries regarding F2 visa to H1 visa. It will be helpful is someone provides some answers. Thanks.
I am currently in USA on F2 visa and have work experience in IT. So, if some company agrees to sponsor my H1b then at the earliest when can I start working? I understand that H1b filing in premium category will fasten the processing but will it allow me to work early? Also how important is client letter for h1b filing?

If this is your first time getting an H1, Oct 1 is the earliest.

Evidence of available work such as client letter is needed for consulting position.
