Surname is Missing from Approved H1 B Petition.

My Surname is missing from my Approved H1B petition but I have Surname in my Passport.

In my Approved H1 B petition

First Name is -> ZZZ,YYY

Surname is -> Blank

Whereas in my passport

First Name is ->ZZZ

Surname is -> YYY

Please let me know whether i should get my surname corrected in approved H1B petition or should i go with same petition for stamping.

Also I am worried if i go with the current approved petition then what Name and Surname will US Immigration will mention on my H1 BVisa.

Your employer should be able to get it corrected.

Do u know how much time it will take to correct petition?

It depends on what they filled in the I-129 form. If the name was correctly filled, but the mistake was on USCIS's part, they will correct it fairly quickly.
If the name was filled incorrectly by your employer or their lawyer, the procedure is somewhat different and it will take 2 to 3 months.
