H1b Visa Interview in Kenya

Hi Forum Members

I have applied for H1b this year. My present company is sending me to Kenya on one of my project work. Probably by the time the H1b approval notice comes, i might be in Kenya. So, just want to check if i can attend for H1b visa interview in kenya or not?

And this is not my first visa stamping. I had H1b visa stamped on my passport in 2008 but the visa got expired.

Please advice...

In principle you can, but it is better to do it in home country.
