For H4 visa, I-539 approved with my H1 transfer - Visa re-stamping required?

Recently my H1 was transferred to a new employer in Feb 2012 from a old employer.
My spouse I-539 is also approved (valid until Dec 2014) along with my above H1 transfer and she had H4 visa stamped already with old employer and which is also valid until Dec 2013.

Now my spouse is traveling to India for a short vacation of just 2 months and returning in Sep 2012 this year.

So basically both of her H4 visa (stamped with old employer) and I539 (new employer) are in valid dates when she returns back to USA in Sep 2012.

Does she need to get the Visa stamped in India if she is going out of USA in this case?

Not required. She can travel back using her existing H4 visa in the passport. She will need to carry your (primary H1B holder's) latest H1B approval notice to show at the POE.
