Hi. I am on H1 b visa and my husband works in Singapore on Employment pass.
I am planning to file H4 for my husband. Can he attend the H4 interview in Singapore itself.
We dont want him to attend the interview in India (Hyd) because we have heard lots of cases where even though they have proper documents, still as a matter of chance ,people get stuck in admin processing and we have seen many cases where after the interview they take the passport and still the case goes into admin processing. If he attends the interview in India and smthg like that happens where he gets stuck in India for more than 2 weeks, he will lose his Singapore job also.
Please advice if he can attend the h4 stamping in Singapore.
