Dear frnds,
I need clarification on some issues;
1. I have a valid H1b with Company A. But I have changed the job to Company B and got visa transfer approved.
2. I have an appointment for US Consulate interview booked through old company H1 details.
3. Can I use the same appointment to get the H4visa, maintaining that my family will go along with Original H1B documents (which is there in my passport) along with my new petition approval documents.
3. I have sent all the new petition approval documents to my family.
4. Now, since my passport will have only original/old employer's visa stamped, is that ok to show new approved petition, as the new one is not yet stamped in my passport?
5. On which company, my family will be given stamping assuming I have to show both H1 documents?
