Got blue slip in H1 stamping mumbai and now trying for B1 visa

Hi,

Last year i came to india in january 2011 and got blue slip in H1 visa stamping. Then i never went back with required document to mumbai consulate and i am working in india now.

Now my current compay want to apply B1 visa for me. So i am not sure that do i need to cancel my pending visa appointment with mumbai consulate?

Consulate not yet rejected my visa yet.

So can i apply for B1 visa?
Do i need to cancel my H1 pending appointment?

You can apply for B1. If you cannot provide the documents requested in your H1B 221g, then it is advisable to withdraw that application.
