h1b extension petition got denied,appled for h4 visa

Hi everyone,

my case is little complicated, i applied for my H1b extension petition on March 2012, i travelled to india for my marriage in april while my H1b petition is under process. my petition got denied yesterday due to some reasons,my husband has a valid h1b visa stamped so i am planning to apply for h4 visa in chennai consulte.

my question is since i stayed in US for couple of years and worked, is there any change for me to get h4 visa stamped? if i appear for interview what kind of questions i can expect from the VO? please advice me on this as i really confused with my present situation

H4 allows for immigrant intent. Your past Visa status has nothing to do with H4 application.

what kind of questions does VO can ask me at the interview?

will it be normal h4 visa interview questions?> or does VO can talk about my past h1 experience and its deniel,as i mentioned this in DS 160 form? please kindly advice.
