My query .
I have been to US on H1B in the year 2001 to 2003 feb and my visa is valied upto nov2003 . I am back for my marrage after that i have applyed for H4 for my wife i have send all my documents including my orginal passport .
After couple of days my documents have been returened by stamping on my passport visa (CANCLLED WITH OUT PREDIGES) and send me a query's list which conces of 23 quitions like W2 forms of all employees , tax returens of all employess from starting of the company ,photos of the company ect.
The same thing i have mailed to my (US)company but he told sorry we con't provied all the required papers . I told its okk and i got good job in india and right now working in india as any software engg.
The thing is now i got an offer from US company againg and they filed my papers for H1b for the year of 2006.
So will i have any prob while i go for stampling regarding my previes H1b .Plz any one help me out .
