frsh H1B..wanted to change employer...not travelled to US yet

Hi,

I have a fresh H1B stamped visa valid till march 2013. I have not travelled to US yet.

I wanted to change my employer. Will my H1B visa will be valid after employer change as i have not travelled to US even once.

Do i need to get my visa stamped again.

Your new employer will have to file a petition for you. It will be exempt from annual cap. After petition is approved, you can use the same existing Visa (if not expired at that time) to travel to US.
