Duration in Joining new employer on H1b.

Dear All,

I have H1b Visa valid till 2014.

I have found new job and my new employer has filed my new H1b and H4 extension for my wife.

My question is.

After my H1b get approved, If I leave my current employer on day X and Join new employer on day X+2 (i.e. after 2 days), is it ok? or I will be out of status for these 2 days?

You are technically out of status for those 2 days. But such short gaps between employment will not cause any issues. You don't have to worry about it.
