H1B -- multiple transfer

I am working in H1b right now and am looking for a new job. My question is that if I have multiple employers willing to transfer my visa,

my transfer as well?

>>> Yes. Do you know how much money is involved in filing a H1B petition. Make up your mind so that an employer will save the H1B filing fee.
