Hi,
my brother-in-law got H1 visa and he is coming next month. He wants to get his wife's visa before he comes to US. So he applied for her. They are going to consulate end of this month. Some people said that they may reject her visa because he is still in India and he does not have any paper work. Can someone suggest on this? Can he apply from India before joining in the job? If he can apply from there what type of paper work does he have to submit?
