Renewal of expired H1 (Jan 2004) and in US on L1
Hi All,
This could be repeated however I am not aware of latest facts and news so I am asking this again. I had my H1B Visa approved in Jan 2001 which Expired in Jan 2004.
But I worked only for 1 year (2001 Dec) in USA and went back to India.
Is it possible to Extend or Renew or transfer or something like with a cap-exception. Now I am in US and on L1.
If yes then please give me pointer or information how could I do it?
If No then let me know if this affects or impacts the newly filed H1B if possible to file.
