H1-B Transfer after 6th year

Hi,

I have received my 7th year till June 2013 of H1-B on basis of Pending Labour.

Can Transfer my H1-B to New Employer and file for New Labour ?

If yes, chances of getting approval.

You need a copy of your approved I-140 to transfer your H1B after completing 6 years in the H1B CAP.
