Lost my H1 original Document

I lost my H1 original document.

If I request a new one from USCIS will i get it and do i need to pay anything?

Please help??

You cannot request a duplicate approval notice from USCIS. Only your employer can do that as the approval notice belongs to them. Even if you request one and pay the money, it will be sent out to your employer or their attorney.
