My family got H4 stamped until July 29th, 2012 and they are planning to return to US by July25th...
1. will there be any issues for them at POE officer as they will be returning just 4 days before VISA expires?
2. if u think it may be an issue at POE, how early would you suggest them to re-enter US? 1 or 2 weeks?
Note: (I am waiting on H1 extension still and will file their new H4 extension also soon as they enter US)
