L1 extension

Hi,
I am in US on L1-B visa which expires in Jan-2013. I am on blenket petition. My old petition expired in dec-2010, my company filed for blenket petition extension and got approved an infinite L1 petition. What should I do to stay here in US. Do I need to file visa extension or there is any other process.

Please suggest.

Either file the extension of status or leave the country and return back on a valid L1 visa / L1 blanket petition which will get you a new I-94 at the POE. Extenson of status can be filed 6 months prior to the I-94 expiry date.
