Transfer of H4 Visa to H1 Visa

Hi There,

I will will be very soon traveling to US. I have been allowed to file H4 visa for my dependents(Spouse).

In H4 visa she cannot work. Please help to let me know as in which other VISA type see can work in US and also can stay up to same duration as I will be staying.

Also help to provide the details instruction to transfer H4 Visa type to H1 VISA type.

Also help to provide the fees for H4 visa.

>>> You cannot file a COS from H4 to H1B. Only a prospective U.S employer can do it and they will know how to do it. If you are more interested, then search and read the instruction to file form I-129 in uscis.gov.
