Dependent Stamping..I am planning to change a job..

Hi,

I am on H1B and my wife is on H4 visa and valid till 2015. We extended visa while in usa recently both of us require a stamping if we go to india. My wife is planning for vacation this month. Mean while i am planning to change the employer here in USA.

1. Can i change the job and transfer H1B while my wife is india?

2. Can i apply H4 stamping through a new employer for my wife?

As my wife needs to go for stamping, will there be an issues to bring under new employer with stamping?.

Do i need to go for stamping inorder to bring her?

No issues, as long as you have all the required documents. We can't predict the out come of the visa interview, as it depends on each case.

Your stamping is not required, your wife can go for the stamping using your new petition.
