H1B Extension
Greetings,
My H1B is going to expire by Dec 31st 2012. Wife's and son's H4 visa is also expering on the same day. Wife n son is planing to visisit india in septembar 2012 would come back on Jan 2013. My employer is applying for extension. should i go for my dependents extension now? wherinat would be the wise decession considering all possible situation.
