H1 B Approved petition
Hi Experts,
I would need one clarification on my old approved visa petition. In my previous organization they initiated the H1-B, but I didn't appear for the visa interview.
But the validity of visa is showing from Oct 2008 to July 2011 in the petition.
Is there anyway to proceed with my old approved visa ?
