Breach of contract before H1b file

I am on H1b visa & looking for H1b transfer. I signed a contact with company ABC who is ready to file my H1b transfer. I have clash with them regarding location which they offer to work (rural area). They haven't file LAC or start H1b transfer process. I can cancel that contract?
