H4 visa approval

My wife went to H4 visa on july-2012. Visa got approved. She planning to come to usa on December-2012/January-2013. Is there any time limit that you have to go to usa in certain time after getting h4 visa. Or she can stay india as long as she want?

There is no such restriction. She can travel to US as long as she has a valid visa in her passport. This is my opinion, not legal advice.

She can travel to US any time as long as Visa is valid and H1 petition is valid.
