My husbands h1b got stamped but h4 is still under process,attended interview together

Interview date :June 28
PIMS issue and got updated :July 27

Also got courier to submit our passports.

Submitted passport on :Aug 01
Husbands H1B received today :Aug 16


What may be the reason for me not getting the H4 stamped.
My passport is going to expire by Jan 2013 (Valid 6 months at the time of interview

Please share if any one faced similar isssue..
