B1 to H1 Transfer: I had received Receipt Number but in middle I came back to India
Hello,
I went to USA on June 7th 2012 and I got I94 till December 6th 2012.
On June 9th 2012 our company had filed B1 to H1 transfer, and I had received receipt number on July 27th 2012. Unfortunately because of some personal reasons it become mandatory for me to come back to India(on 8th Aug 2012, submitted my I94 at atlanta airport and came back to India)
So, my question is what is the next step for me to get my H1-Visa? Am I eligible to get/change my H1 status approved?
