I have previosly h1B Visa, it is expired on Sept 2009 . Now I have b1 visa .
Can I Come to USA after getting job in US from India using B1 visa
and Applied for the H1b visa with extension .As Using Job order to applied h1 b visa for second term
As h1b visa extension and second term for H1b . Is this New h1visa count in Cap or in Extension of visa ?
