Anyone else waiting on 221G ( Questionnaire ) for more than 3 months..?

Its been 3 months since my interview and no response yet. I had responded back to the questionnaire the same day ( of the interview ).

Anyone else in a similar situation..?

I have received my Passport with H1B stamped on the 29th of August ( After a wait of almost 100 days ).
