2 H1B trasfer at a same time

Hi

I am on H1B working for Company X .I got offer from company "Y" and I gave all previous H1B papers they started my H1B transfer with premium Processing and in the while I got one more offer with company "Z" and they too started my H1B transfer,So now 2 H1B processing at the same time.
Company "Y" H1B processing went to RFE status
company "Z" H1B processing is Acceptance status

my questions is:

1.company "Y" visa transfer status is RFE now, if this is rejected what will happen H1B status?
2.Can I start work on company "Z" since I have receipt number?
3.Company "Y" is the desi consulting company since H1B status went to RFE and also i am not going to join with company "Y".
(They took all the H1B transfer expense) is it possible to put any case against me that I am not going to join them.

Incase Company "Y" RFE status would turned to approved can I Join company "Y" ? by this time I would have Joined company "Z" in which the visa status would be Initail status.

Hi,

Since, you are not going to work for company Y, just ask them to withdraw your H1-B. No, they can't use it against you. But USCIS may RFE company Z and ask why there are 2 H1-B petitions filed for one person and ask to withdraw either one.
