I came to in 2007 tru company A(never worked for them) in Feb-2007 and started working tru company B from August-2007 to May-2012 came to India coz of last extension denial and now going to visa with Company C approval.
The starting approval of company B not used in 129. Will there be any problem? what should I say if VO asks
What should I say why there is no payroll between Feb-2007 to Aug-2007 or why I did not work until August.
Please help I am planning going to visa next week. Really appreciate your inputs.
