Hi ,
I was there in USA for 5 months On H1B status from company A in 2008, after that my H1B transferred to company B and after that I came to India to work in their branch in India. my visa expired date sep'201 and new approval notice from company B has expired on jan'2012.
If I want to come to US back from Company C, do I need to apply new H1B in new CAP or will it be consider as old CAP.
