H1B denied, can I apply for B1- visitor visa?

Hi
My H1B was denied in last April and employer withdrawn h1b in June.
I don't have any status to go back in USA and I am styled in India .

My car, SAFEBOX and house stuff is there.


Can I apply for visitor visa- B2? Just me , my wife won't come on visitor.
What are the chances to get acceptance?
What are the question - answers I have to face?

You question is speculative but I will try to answer it to my best ability.
B2 is a visitor visa which means if the VO sniffs even a tiny amount of intention to settle as an immigrant, they will blatantly refuse. In your case, you should probably not disclose your car, safebox etc. Try to get an invite letter from any relative or friend in US and show strong ties here in India.
Visitor visa is usually easy to obtain if you have strong ties to india.
