X company applied for my COS from H4 to H1B in 2013 cap. I've an experience of 5 years in Software industry in India. It has been 2.5 months that I received the receipt notice. Can some one help me, how much time does it usually take for COS from H4 to H1B. Is the processing going on slow this year? What's the probability for approval of H1B from H4 and what factors the USCIS usually consider.
