Hi,
My wife and child are on H4 dependent visa valid till 2014 but thier passports would expire in few weeks from now,
1) Althought they are not travelling in near future but do I still need to get them new passports? (the inital H4 is not stampted on this passport any ways as they got COS here in US and didn't travel after that)
2) I might apply for H1B transfer as getting some better offer then current so in this case my dependent would also need a visa transfer so for that process does they need to have valid passports?
