Stamping Done in March'2012 but travelling to US in Sep'2012

Hi Friends,

I am new to this place and also visiting US on H1-B for the first time.

I got my visa stamped way back in March 2012 and due to some personal problems I could not go immediately.

Now that I sorted out everything, I am going to US in September 2012.

My work location is North Carolina, but POE is New York.

What kind of questions can i expect ?
What documents I need to carry ?
And finally what is the reason I can tell about my delay in travel to USA.

Please suggest.

Congratulations !

1) No one knows. Generally, if you answer all questions truthfully, everything is fine.
2) All documents pertaining to your H1B
3) In my experience, no one asks such a question.
