Hi Gurus,
I will be completing 6 years of H1B during March 2013. And I have filed 485 with a priority date of Aug.2008 and have been issued EAD. But I am continuing to use my H1B.
My question is:
Do I need a fresh labor certificate to apply for 7th year H1B?
Or Just apply for 7th year extension based on the 485 receipt?
I appreciate all inputs.
