Hi,
I am switching jobs and my new employer has applied for H1 transfer.
My current I-94 record expired in April 2004. I got a new H1-B after that which is valid till March 2007 but never got a chance to travel outside US and hence did not get a stamp on my passport or updated the I-94 record. Can anyone please tell me if this will cause any problem in the visa transfer??
