H4 Visa Question - Please Help
Hi,
I have a H1-B Visa stamped and it is valid till 20th March 2013.
I am getting married in Oct 2012. I am planning to bring my wife with me in H4 Visa when i come back to US by end of Oct 2012.
When she appears for the VISA interview, I would have got only 5 months left in my H1B VISA.
Is there any chance for her to get her H4 VISA denied?
Many people say that, to get the H4 VISA stamped, H1B should not expire in the next 6 months. Is this really true??
Please advise!!
