My H1 extension has been approved and I got a new I-94 with validity until Sep 30, 2015. However, my employer did not applied for my wife (H4) and 2 year old son (I-94 expiring Sep 30, 2012 for both).
My question is do I need to apply for their (H4) extensions seperately or they will go out of status after Sep 30, 2012 or I will have to send them to India or should I do nothing as they are dependents on me. Please guide.
