H1B re-stamping documents and details

hello everyone,

i am on h1b since april 2010 and my visa expired this month and extension showing approved status on USCIS website but still waiting for approval notice.

my question is, i have to visit india in first week of next month (october 12) so i will have to go for re-stamping of visa. so what are the documents i need to carry with me?

i am working for my employer at client location (as such my employer is not consultant company). my history is all clear, since i am in US i am working for same employer for same client.

also any input about new visa process would be a great help..
