H1B Visa petition approved

Hi All,

My H1B visa petition approved. But the problem, due to some conditions I am releasing form current project where applied the H1B visa for me. Now If I join in an other project, my petition will be valid? If valid please let me know the steps to taken to proceed further.

You should go for the amendment of your H1B, In case client/location has changed. Amendment means it's again like new petition which would take 4 months. if you file premium process it would 40 days . For premium your employer has to pay more money.
