Need help on H1B visa processing and stamping

My Company filed my new H1B visa in the Month of May'2012...Still the status showing as "Initial Review" in USCIS website.


1)Can I expect the approval of petition by end of Sept'2012.If not how to proceed to get the quick approval.

2)I will be traveling to US in next month on B1/B2 VISA for two months,if get approval in October month..so is it possible to attend the Stamping in Mexico or Canada?.

There is no way to predict how long it will take. 2 to 3 months from filing date is normal. You can ask your employer to upgra premium processing which will get a decision in 15 days. Once approved you can apply for your Visa anywhere, but home country is recommended for first time.
