Hi,
My project is going to end and my employeer will terminate my H1-b visa. I will ask them to file for H4. In the meantime if I get another project then what happens? Can I go for H1-b transfer or once my H4 is filed I need to wait for the H4 to come and then go for transfer?
Also,my employeer has to pay me the salary for 10 more days after my prject finishes. In this case they should keep my visa till they process the next salary slip.Is this correct?
