Hi,
I will be going for my H1B stamping in India early next year and have a new employment offer now. I am wondering if it is ok to change employers now or is it better to wait until I come back to US after getting the stamping and then change my employer?
I hear most of the time the questions they ask is "how long you have worked for your current employer" ? Even though I will be joining a big company, not sure if a short period like 2-3 months is a red flag to them? Please advise
