Transferring H1b. Should H4 of dependents be also transferred/restamped in India?

Hi,

I have H1b visa from company A and transferring to B employer. I am in USA. My dependents have H4 visa and they are in India. They have never visited USA on H4 visa.

I have following queries;
1) Would there be any impact on H4 visa of my dependents?
2) Do they need to again go for stamping in India?
3) If they need not to go to stamping then when they come to USA, which documents they have to show at Port of Entry?
4) Should they mention company B in I94 when they visit USA?
5) If I visit India then should I go for Stamping again?
