H1B - Is there any issue with education overlap

My current employer has applied for my H1B and petition got approved. Now for I am preparing for interview / stamping.

I have couple of queries bothering me and need some help.

1) Done BCA in distance (July 2001 to Aug 2004)
2) Done MCA in regular (Dec – 2004 to Dec 2007)

I have done a Job at the time of education, will that be a problem for me?

I am very tensed about the issues and afraid if that will make a problem for my stamping.

How does they calculate the 12 points mechanism when there is overlap?- will they take education into count or will they take Job into count?

Basically my concern is that will they calculate my education for the 12 points or not
